Human Values :-
1. Truth – Everything can be changed but not the truth, it is also used to denote God. If you speak truth you have nothing to hide and it will give you the benefits in the future, may be many of us speak lie just to avoid the present questions but at last truth prevails. For example a salesperson telling lie or misguide its customer to sell more but it may not retain customer again and again. To hide a single lie you have to speak hundreds of lies so its better to speak truth.
2. Right Conduct – Conduct that befits the duties and obligations of a person’s position, whatever it may be, it is moral and ethical way in absolute terms rather than by any standard time or particular society. Killing is not considered good for the Society yet in today’s world we see many wars which leads to killing at large, been justified with the future good for the society is also right conduct. If anyone is against killing and oppose to the war is also doing right conduct as it may be for the freedom. We can see the example of Right Conduct in Lord Rama as he Fought Ravana for the Betterment of humankind though it led to millions of death is considered the right conduct.
3. Love – Unselfish love that accept nothing in return. Everyone wants love and love can change anything, if give love all human beings, this planet, trees, rivers, places etc. You’ll get the love in return for sure 😉 There is nothing in substitute of True Love.
4. Peace – Perfect equanimity in the face of success and failure would lead to peaceful life. Most of us practice peace, our life changes faster as the world changes faster than we think of. Happiness and sadness, success and failure, New Birth and Death are part of life, it is the cycle which keeps on repeating itself, you can’t run away or towards from it. But one thing you can do is to be in calm and face the situation with peace.
5. Non-violence – The act of not hurting anyone by thoughts, wards or deeds. Everyone has got their freedom. As Gandhi Ji said “Nonviolence is a weapon of the strong.”

Out of five values first two, truth and right conduct, virtually contain the distillate of all morality, honesty, integrity and loyalty are inherent in them. Selfless people are neither greedy nor looking for extra benefits, they don’t exploit the resources or the labours, their loyalty is strong and steady. They say what they think they do what they say. There is no dual thinking or double standards. That establishes their creditability for which they are trusted and Trustworthy people alone can become Leaders such as Lord Rama, Mahatma Buddha, Mahatma Gandhi, Abraham lincoin, Martin Luther King Jr., Nelson Mandela etc.
